Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@ourmatesstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm next steps and provide the return address.

Please note return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
